A warning to all tradespeople. I was asked to quote for a job and the quote was excepted. I completed the work on 3 October. I have been told on multiple occasions that my invoice was paid, however, it’s a month later and I have not yet been paid. After my last enquiry I was told that there’s no funds available to settle my invoice. I was then also told that another tradesperson is claiming to have completed the job, after I have already supplied them with photos of the completed job. I have advised them that I will be taking this matter to Fair Trading. The license of Certainty Property must be cancelled and make them never do business again in real estate.
