Appalling number of let downs with deliveries. They always have an excuse fir why they didn’t turn up, but never have the courtesy it professionalism to notify me that the planned delivery isn’t coming. “You’re order dropped off our list.....our driver ran out of driving hours.....we had some urgent deliveries” etc., etc. The most unreliable service I have ever experienced. Nice people but completely unbothered each time they let you down.
