Having used Boiler Juice for more than 10 years and having had numerous suppliers over that time, CERTAS have never delivered when they said they would. This week, failed calls back, reluctant apology for their failure to keep to one of the three promised delivery dates, in less than a week. My advice is set your expectations low with CERTAS and you will be fine. Boiler Juice have now blocked them from bidding for my future orders. Some relief there. It feels as if they take too many orders and care little for the customer experience. I look forward to the pasted generic reply on how disappointed they are with my experience and how typical this isn't . Sadly for this customer, it is all too typical of CERTAS
