This company used to be good! We never used to have trouble.
Now it's been 3 weeks since we ordered our oil and not a word from them until this morning to say 'there's delays'. No sense of how long we could be talking, no replies to my emails, and I've now been on hold to them for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
We won't be staying with them after this. Have had to order from someone else so we can put the heating on over Christmas which has meant paying another £500 while we've already got £1000 outstanding with Certas.
