Das Beste war, dass dann doch geliefert wurde. Es gab am Anfang nur eine Bestellbestätigung mit Liefertermin. Der wurde dann einmal geändert ohne Information. Keine e-mail, nur auf "mein Konto" war es vermerkt. Irgendwann kam dann die Lieferung, ebenso ohne Information.
