Mit dem Produkt an sich bin ich super zufrieden. Exakt wie beschrieben. Allerdings habe ich keine Versandbestätigung erhalten und leider vom Zusteller auch keine weitere Benachrichtigung, sodass meine Ware fast wieder vom Paketshop zurückgesandt wurde. Lediglich nach Nachfrage bei Certeo wann mein Produkt versandt wird, habe ich überhaupt erfahren, dass es bereits in einem paketshop eingelagert wurde. Das war sehr schade! Aber die Antwort vom Kundenservice kam zum Glück so zügig, dass ich mein Produkt gerade noch so abholen konnte.
