Kein Rücksendeetikett, statt dessen telefonische Anforderung eines Rücksendeetiketts, dieses
wurde erst nach 2 Tagen nach erneuter telefonischer Anforderung geschickt. Rücksendung erfolgte über einen anderen Paketdienstleister (UPS), der die Sendung nicht an dem mit Certeo vereinbarten Tag abgeholt hat.
