Das Paket, als auch das Produkt waren bei der Anlieferung beschädigt. Zwei schriftliche Reklamationen waren ohne Antwort geblieben, erst ein Telefonat mit Frau Vanessa Barth (Certeo Business Equipment) hat dazu geführt, dass wir eine neue Sendung mit unbeschädigtem Produkt kurzfristig bekommen haben.
Sowohl das Telefonat, als auch die Abwicklung der neuen Lieferung mit Frau Barth waren problemlos und ich möchte mich für ihren Einsatz bedanken.
