When I booked the translation, I told Priscilla that it was urgent. And even though I opted for the standard 3 day turnaround, Priscilla got the translation to me the next day and the hard copy arrived in the post the day after that! And throughout the process Priscilla was very friendly and responsive. I have been provided with a service that (unfortunately) is no longer standard these days, and I am very happy to see that it still exists!
