Cinnamon has been an extremely helpful substitute not only is it nice its a good substitute for sugar and it has a good mixture between sweet and savoury . I think its a a very good season to add some kick to your, morning or food. I recommend this strongly as its perfect all the way around with sweet and savoury foods aswell.
