However, I encountered issues with their communication, including receiving calls from various numbers and individuals identifying themselves with different names, such as Jeff Sims and Jonathan Pierce (though I'm uncertain if that's his actual name). My interaction with Jonathan Pierce was particularly distressing; he was rude and threatening. This situation led to an unprecedented event where I became extremely upset during a call, which occurred in front of my friends who overheard the conversation. Despite my requests to simply close the account, he persisted, repeatedly insisting that I needed to speak with him to proceed with the closure, among other things. It’s a SCAM!!!!
