We purchased a bat from here and after receiving it and loving it my son ordered a second one that unfortunately got lost by UPS. I contacted customer service from their website and Ben responded very quickly. He checked into the shipping issue and even responded on a weekend. He put another bat in the mail to us overnight, and we received it today. This by far in our baseball equipment buying experiences has been the best customer service we have ever come across. Not to mention an excellent set of bats! We will be back! Thank you!
