In addition, thank you so much for including the added stickers, etc. inside the box as it made it extra special for him since it was his birthday present. He is thrilled with the bat. However, I'm overly thrilled with your customer service and knowing that I'm actually speaking with a real live person instead of a chatbot etc. Once again, you have gone above and beyond with my expectations with customer service and this is what separates a typical baseball bat company from a very reliable, customer service oriented company. I will continue to use Chandler bats for my future orders as I also have a younger son who plays baseball, as well.
