I purchased a Custom Bat for my 18 year old son as a Graduation present on May 3, 2024. My son loved the bat and after a few uses (about 50 swings), the bat developed a crack. I immediately contacted Chandler on June 11, 2024, and after uploading their required information, I was notified that they will replace it today, June 13, 2024. I couldn't ask for better customer service! This is our first Chandler bat and we will definitely be purchasing wooden bats from Chandler again!
