The first request was to get help with trying to match Ohtani’s turn model (which I still think you guys should bring to the market), and the second was to help my friend celebrate his birthday with something special included in the order. The customized bat came out gorgeous, and the add ins and hand written card really blew my friends mind. I can’t say enough about the experience and the quality of the bat.
