According to Charlotte at chaos cards the cellophane that keeps Pokemon sealed for us collector’s isn’t meant to remain intact (her poor excuse for the damaged product) Terrible customer service and after buying a ripped booster box Charlotte offered my daughter a £6 compensation. The place is a joke and doesn’t care about their customers. It used to be ok but now they send out damaged products. I am a gold member and I haven’t been treated like it. Training is needed and I’ll be shopping with magic madhouse from now on because my daughter buys to keep sealed so I wouldn’t buy from them again knowing the attitude towards collecting.
