There are two sides to this - the installer was great, did a fantastic job, no complaints.
However, dealing with the office based team was a terrible experience. I lost count of how many times I was told they would call back and didn’t, no response to emails, etc. I also had my install appointment cancelled on the whim of one of the staff who took upon themselves to decide that I needed an electrical component fitted before they could install - it didn’t!
