They admitted failing to allocate enough time to the job so it overran. As a result I had to change plans both for the afternoon of day 1 (fitting should have been complete by noon) and for the morning of day 2 (re-arranged completion). Charge Wizard admitted the mistake and agreed to a reduction in price to compensate me - and offered £17 out of a bill of more than £1000 - insulting. Why can companies not understand that while we accept mistakes are made, it's how they are dealt with that makes the difference. Customer's time is at least as valuable as the company's and offering a 1.7% 'discount' on the invoice for customer's time & disruption is derisory.
