An absolutely appalling company - the worst I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. After ten weeks of trying to obtain a simple order of curtain rails, brackets, finials and holdbacks I was only provided with a partial delivery which was useless, and all my attempts to have this put right or obtain a refund were completely ignored. In the end I had to go through my bank to get my money back (a service which they keep well hidden, but is well worth employing if you have such problems and you've paid with a debit card, before resorting to small claims court). The timeline of this farce: Order placed 12th June 2022. Order chased via the message facility on their website on 4th July 2022 - no response. Order chased via an e-mail on 8th July 2022 - no response. I phoned on 13th July 2022 and was told that the order had been sent out that day for delivery the next day - that was a lie. I phoned on 22nd July 2022 and was told that they would look into it and ring me back - they didn't. I phoned on 29th July 2022 and left a message chasing the delivery. They responded with a phone call on 30th July with their apologies, telling me that my order would be sent out on 1st August, which did happen (sort of). Two deliveries arrived on 2nd August and 3rd August, with several missing, unsuitable and damaged items. After waiting a few days in case more deliveries were forthcoming (they weren't) I phoned on 10th August 2022 and was told that by the gentleman that he was driving and that he would park and ring me back straight away - he didn't. On 11th August 2022 I sent an e-mail describing the shortcomings of the delivery in detail with supporting photographs, giving them seven days to rectify the situation before I would take further action. I offered to return the goods at their cost, the error being on their part - no response. So, I didn't receive sufficient items to allow me to hang the curtains and fit the matching holdbacks to a single window, and as the intention of my purchase was to have matching poles, finials and holdbacks to two windows, nothing of what they supplied was of any use whatsoever. As mentioned, fortunately I did get my money back, but of course there's no recompense for the many hours of my time wasted and now I have to obtain the curtain rails etc elsewhere. Charles Rowley state on their website that they have "a focus on excellent customer service" which, based on my experience, is a gigantic, barefaced lie.
