I've always been pleased with the products that I have purchased. My reason for only giving three stars is that the delivery is extremely slow. The last item I purchased was 10-14 day delivery. Today is day 14 and I've still not received it. Regular updates regarding delays/delivery would be a good addition to your service. I've been asked to leave a review for a product that I have not actually received yet.
