Unfortunately I am only in receipt of half of my order, I have a lamp shade but the base has go one missing, the customer service desk were very nice but the situation hasn’t yet been resolved and I’ve had nothing proactive communication from CharlesT to inform me of next steps, I’m sorry this has to be a disappointing review. It as you can imagine I’m left wondering what’s going to happen next.
