I absolutely love CharlesTed not only for the items I buy but the the easy to use website and app that I just love looking through like a book of an evening The items I have previously purchased are of a fab quality and look so great in my rooms I’m still learning how to organise and display the items iv purchased but the imagery and styling on the website is more than enough inspiration for me I’d absolutely recommend charlested a few of my friends have since purchased items after seeing my purchases I would like the thank all the team at Charlested for I think the best customer service iv ever had I mean 50 out of 50 guys even with all the issues I seem to have with delivery guys no fault on your side you have been amazing in dealing with my issues so as far as I’m concerned you can’t make further improvements as your already there and a special thanks to you Kate on the conversions we have had you have been so understanding and helpful I can’t thank you enough and wish you every success in your business and rest assured I will be continuing to shop with you and will definitely keep spreading the word long winded review but had to be done shop at charlested guys can’t beat it
