Appalling service . Don’t touch this company ! I ordered two items in November and they have just sent a small bowl which was one of the items as I said I would take the matter further . They have had the interest on my money for months. No refund given on that . They have now refunded the money for a lamp although I said I still wanted the item. There were many bad reviews on line where customers were waiting months. I suggested they stopped advertising for more business until they could honour their previous commitments. Shame as the products look lovely .
