Awful. Waiting months for 2 individual orders. Asked for a refund- only refunded the cheapest item and not the >£600 items I had wanted to cancel. Then said the vase I had also ordered has been discontinued and not even available, but they hadn’t contacted me to say this and would have kept my money for it having already paid. I asked to escalate my concerns and was told no. Customer service is non existent and looks like this small business is going to fail because of poor service, failure to have stock and late refunds. Lots of bad reviews recently. I wouldn’t trust them or order from them again. If the owner is aware of her customer service team attitude then that is even worse.
