This is a very belated review, but better late than never... thank you for your personalized customer service, ensuring we received the product at our hotel while we were in the US (from Canada). Our chihuahua loves his new bed, which sits under my desk when working from home. As a bonus, it also keeps my feet warm (Montreal condos can get very cold, regardless of season). 😆
