We go to the store when in KC, but since we are in Omaha we order on-line more. Anytime we've had questions or issues (nothing bad, just forgot to put free shipping code in once and other time did not sign in to get rewards points), they handled it as soon as we contacted customer service by email. Honestly they are the best I have dealt with. I will be a customer for life. For sizing their stuff runs more on the smaller side or as an athletic cut from my experience.
