The quality of the products is brilliant, you can tell they have been made with a lot of care and expertise. The packaging is also gorgeous and makes the whole purchase feel extra special. I used customer service to see if I could swap my shoe just outside of the return period, as a new release of a very similar (but just a bit sparklier!) product had been announced. They allowed me to return the original shoes (as they were still in perfect condition!) and gave me a credit note, all in time for the new release. I can't thank Debbie enough for the service she provided, she was brilliant and so helpful (and made sure I've now got the perfect shoes for my big day!). It was also such a nice change to have the same person to contact every time, as it meant I didn't have to re-explain anything. All in all a great experience with a lovely brand.
