I must also commend the customer support team for their exceptional responsiveness and helpfulness. They truly went above and beyond! :) As for the sizing, they are true to size. The only slight disappointment is the unavailability of a wide fit option for this particular model, as I have slightly wider feet. However, I am confident that with some wear, they will naturally adapt and provide a perfect fit. For anyone facing a similar issue, rest assured that even on the first wear, they are still wearable, albeit a bit snug. Nothing to worry about! If you are ordering shoes outside the UK, be prepared for customs fees, but this is something that Charlotte Mills kindly warns you about in advance (which I appreciated). Regardless of the customs charges, it's worth it for such beautiful shoes! :)
