If i was able to give them zero stars I would. I ordered my daughters boots from them after I did read reviews that were positive. They finally came yesterday. I paid their way overpriced shipping prices and still waited over a month. I email them asking where my order was since the tracking site they use hardly updates and they responded. After waiting for 2 more weeks and still no boots I sent another email to them to which they did not respond to that email. Now her boots came and they don't fit her. I went to the email to view my order to see how to return them and the website is gone. Now I have a daughter in tears and I have no way of getting this problem fixed. What a bunch of scumbags to do this to people. Do not buy from them.
