In the mobile app interface, there is no confirmation box when a private show is requested. As a result, it's very easy to enter a show by accident, just by having a finger brush across the wrong part of the screen. Then you're locked in at some rate for some time period and nothing you can do. This happened to me and I canceled the show immediately, but still got charged the full amount. I fought with user support for weeks, but they refused to refund the tokens. Plenty of other sites out there - don't use this one
