This was the only place that had the Rug Culture Sunset rug available around Australia. Alex was very upright and provided me additional discount upon negotiation over the phone. I was getting frequent updates about the shipping progress after payment and the rug arrived safe and fast in no time (from locked down NSW to QLD). Love the quality and look of my new rug.
