Really want to support an Aussie company. But have had a lot of issues with my Cheap rugs order. Ordered 3 runner rugs from Cheap rugs on 7th August from Sydney, not sent out till 23rd of August from Sydney. Have had two of my three runner rugs finally delivered on the 3rd September here in Canungra, 20 mins from Gold Coast. Third still missing, it will be a month tomorrow for an order from Sydney. I had three rugs from U.S.A delivered in a quarter of that time. Same “covid” situation for both. I’ve also spent many days back and forth with correspondence, trying to locate my order. Not an enjoyable experience at all. Who knows when 3rd will arrive?
