However your chosen delivery company Hunter Express was terrible and is likely the reason I will not purchase another rug. $100 redirection, which delayed delivery by 5 business days. Hunter Expresses tracking site gave incorrect informations then for the last two days said it was cancelled. We received notification our delivery was going to come within the hour on Thursday, only to call and find out it was coming Friday. The call centre for Hunter Express was blunt, rude and frustrating to deal with. The rug was left outside in the driveway, no knock or doorbell ring. I specifically left instructions to leave it behind the side gate if we were not home, we were home and only notified of delivery when we checked our email.
