I placed an order on January 1, they were very helpful at first. I received a confirmation and invoice and was told I would get shipping info in 48 hours. Instead, I received a request for more money in order to deliver my purchase. I reached out to the company to ask for why they want more money than what I already paid and why didn't they disclose this in our conversations or on their website. All I got was a sorry, pay it or they won't ship. I refused to pay as this was starting to seem strange. I've tried calling, emailing, texting and using the on site chat. They will not respond to me, they have not shipped my purchase and have not refunded my money. All is the phone numbers on their web site are invalid. Do not make my mistake, do not purchase here!
