As someone who is usually a steer-clear of refurb shops and would much rather buy new products, i decided to budget for my mother’s birthday and find a “second-hand” apple watch. After a mess around on my end, the staff i dealt with were very accommodating. I was sold a watch that was “like new” and I was amazed at the condition of it. They even threw in a charger and plug with it! After getting home and giving my mom her gift 2 months after purchasing the watch, it was locked however I got in contact with the company and they very quickly fixed the problem and were apologetic. Overall, my experience of the staff here were polite, helpful and generous and even with a fusspot like me have made a very happy customer and I will not hesitate to return in the future!
