Disappointed again with this company Im delighted that you and your team are thrilled to let me know that our upcoming customer portal has undergone major improvements since the trial phase, even though we have never used it. This dosnt mean I want to pick up the bill for it, I want you to empty my bin as we agreed. Simply, stop trying to screw more money out of the deal, im not interested in what you do in the back ground, empty my bin as agreed at the price I agreed !! Disappointed again with this company, not down to the service of removing our rubbish, disappointed in the way they demand an extra service fee on top of the contractual fee (which was increased without my consent 2 months back ), to which they claim is for enhancing there service, of an extra £30+vat. I have tried talking to the call centre who do not listen and repeat there script back at you at how there service will be even better ?? This morning's email, Dear *** I am writing to inform you that a single charge of £30 + Vat will be applied to next month’s (December 2022) invoice in accordance with our contractual terms. For clarity, this is a single charge in the month of December 2022 only. The charge relates to significant tech-driven service improvements which are underway. You will start to enjoy these benefits in early 2023. So when i called to advise I'm not wanting this service i was informed that I have no choice and I have to pay as its part of the T&C's !!! My benefits would be I can log in to see my invoices and I can log a complaint if no collection. Thats it, there may be more later but there not sure ATM.
