Booked a one-way ICN-LAX business class flight on Japan Airlines with Cheapflightsfares online, as they offered the best price compared to everyone else (including the airline) listed on Kayak. Booking was painless and straightforward. I did receive a phone call from Cheapflightsfares offering an alternative flight/airline with a slightly better routing at the same class and fare, which I declined and that was it. No pressure or upsells. Flight was ticketed a few hours later. I have not needed to make any changes or cancellations to the flight so I cannot speak on the this aspect of CFF's customer service, but everything else went smoothly and painlessly. I would use this service again.
