I got the bait and switch service. I purchased an airfare that included a carry-on bag and was told after the fact, the service I purchased was no longer available. To be fair, I had seen that same fare on other sites witout the carry-on option which is why I went Cheap Flights Fares to begin with, then they did not honor what was promised. It ended up costing me an additional $70 to check my bag. I will not use this service provider again.
