So on Sunday we went to checkers, the lady packing forgot to put 2 on the packets in our trolley. We then called them on Tuesday to find out about these packets, the lady who helped us said she can see this footage and confirms that the parcels were left there but need to confirm with the employees why they did not log this. They then call us today to tell us to bring the receipt so we can collect the parcels. Upon getting there, the very rude and racist (my mother has an English accent so the ladies who helped us on the phone mustve assumed we white, but when this guy sees us because we aren't it was a problem) manager Mike then tells us he checked the footage and there is no parcels that were left despite the fact we confirmed with 2 different people on the phone that the parcels were there. He then proceeded to scream and shout at us and refused to help us. I am appalled at the people that checkers employs.
