CUSTOMER BEWARE ! CUSTOMER BEWARE! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! iM REWARDS member i get discounts when i make purchases. I had terrible experience at 1205 Monticello, Norfolk, VA i was trying to purchase BOGO double Bufford burger through my reward app. but manger didn't want to honor that saying you come all the time for discounts sound like he was disturb that it bother him that im saving $$$$ such a hater, then i realize the manager block me from getting any specials n discounts from rewards app. i file case to corporate n they not doing nothing about this incident, don't return my call, not getting back with me n etc. So, i have solution to all this madness i wont support them or boycott them, n slip on some bad reviews about them because they need to be expose i don't want anyone else to go through this terrible experience. i will never go back!
