Cruise chews taste great. Because I’m a big guy (& have been indulging for 50 years) I usually take 5 at night to help me sleep. This took some trial and error to get to this number but I’m very happy with results. I don’t use them every night, just when I need some help sleeping. I’m sure everyone will have some trial and error to find their own sweet spot but I think it’s worth it. Enjoy!!
