Whoa!!!! I'm usually not a fan of celebrity sponsored/spearheaded products. But in this case, I'm blown away!! I struggle with insomnia and most of my edible consumption is based around that. When I took this the first time, I was gently ushered into relaxation and then sleep. Then, on top of that, I stayed asleep until late the next morning. Not only did it gently knock me down, it efficiently knocked me out. I was so pleased that I offered 2 more jars after the 2nd night of use. I'm so pleased!
