I have used the Good Vibes, Nice Dreams and Tommy Chong's Oil Tincture for almost a month. Nice Dreams is in place of prescription anxiety & sleep aids which left me drowsy. I now go to sleep quickly but wake up more refresh and alert. Good Vibes and the Tincture have improved my cramping painful hands/ fingers to where they are about 80% better, hoping to achieve the other 20% over time.
