I take a dropper of nice dreams before bed and it helps me get to sleep fast. in the morning I take a dropper of good vibes and it helps clear the brain fog, I'm not a morning person. But that's not all, since I've been using these products I've I'm walking much better and have much less joint and muscle pain.
I also like the cruise chews any time during the day, or before bed. Can't wait to try the new high & dry product, I have some on order now.
