As an incurable insomniac who has gone as many as 8 days without sleep the cruise gummies were an amazing discovery. Literally a friend of a friend sent several to me on the chance they might help. THe first night I took one. After about 1/2 hour I started to breathe more deeply than ever before what I think may be close to higher meditation which I have had no luck with. They take the edge off and let you relax. I am able to refocus my thoughts to happy places and have been able to fall asleep naturally. I have already reordered and recommend to anyone.
