i absolutely love it! helps with simply winding down after a stressful day. Plus helps me I have rheumatoid arthritis & chronic pain. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with any kind of chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, social anxiety& just plain relaxing.
