I've been diagnosed with gout and a ceretic nerve issue. Which makes it impossible for me to sleep on my Left side. Until I stumbled upon cheech and Chong Cruise. I take one about an hour before bed and then another half at bed time and I sleep like a baby. Thank you my friends! I loved you since I was a teenager.
