If you want something to help you relax and sleep soundly, the Cruise Chews are amazing. I eat 2 about 1 hr before bed and I sleep like a baby. I also eat one from time to time when I just want to relax and one does it for me. These are the only CBD products I use. I have tried other CBD gummies that turned out to be a waste of money. These are great and I highly recommend.
