My internal clock has been off kilter for many years from always working night jobs. Now that I'm retired it's been a real pain because I still go to sleep around 3am and wake up at 10 or 11. Nice Dreams has been fantastic! Now I just use a few droppers around 11 and drift off within an hour. I'm up at 8 and ready to go without feeling drowsy. Thanks Tommy!
