About 2 hours before bed.
I got relaxed
Woke up the next day and all the pain I had in my shoulders was mostly gone.
Did not expect that.
Just took another one just now.
So how it felt?
Nothing bothered me. Just mellow and problems seemed like no big deal.
For the first time in awhile I had no tension. Relaxed mind and body.
